How to cope with boredom

Feeling Boredom? The most frequent question we usually ask ourselves.

What boredom is actually?

Just a seven alphabet word, right ….

No… No… it’s a feeling

Maybe … it's anxiety

Maybe … it's depression

Oh!!!!! No… Maybe we don’t know what is boredom?

No problem, I will help you out. Boredom is just a thought in our subconscious mind. Just pick it and throw it out.

Now the question comes how to get rid of this so-called boredom?? Right

You just have to do these things…

               

·    Say Thank you, pay gratitude to Universe that you are alive, and you have your basic necessities.

·    Just think of all the loving people in your life who love you the most- YOUR PARENTS, SIBLINGS, FRIENDS, etc.

·    Recall your best times.

                     

·    Watch your childhood pictures or videos.

·    Recall the happiest day of your life.

·    Then, just go with the flow.

·    Now, manifest what do you want in upcoming days??

·    Then, start prioritizing your list.

                       

             

·    Do what you love.

·    Start something new it may be any new hobby or your favorite activity.

·    If still, you are feeling bored just look at your smile and try to find out the reason for your smile.

·    Now just smile and smile & always be happy……
